The site was updated on 4/19/22.i go on to make a payment today and it will not do anything want swipe nothing..
FRUSTRATING!! The application on my end been having a bad experience! I'm a proud owner of a 2021 Toyota tacoma had it over a year now and I usually mail in my payments but for the month of April (2022) I decided to try and make a payment oh this very application but so far I had alot of technical difficulties "glitches" I've been charged twice when I only wanted to submit one payment but to resolve this issue has been quite difficult. Expect glitches with this app.
I have never hated a company more. I have had over 5 extremely awful customer service experiences. The app is awful too. Double charges; I'll set up a payment and it doesn't go through. The app is always not working for androids... and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone.

this is the 2nd time I've tried to make a payment but there has been an error and it told me try again later. this also makes my payment late because your app isn't working. 😡
